Continuing our last year’s popular success, we are starting this year’s AniMatsuri weekend with a graceful masquerade ball!
When? Friday, September 22nd, at 7 pm
Where? Estonian Student Society building (J. Tõnissoni 1, Tartu)
There will be snacks and drinks, good music, exciting activities, and wonderful company! Popsid will provide us with dance music. During the evening you can enjoy and try traditional Japanese dance.
The visitors are expected to be dressed formally. Gentlemen: suit and tie / tails / dress uniform / kimono etc. Ladies: evening gown / formal pantsuit / kimono / hanfu / blouse and skirt combo etc. Skirts must be knee-length or longer. Dress shoes are mandatory for all genders! Because it is a masquerade ball, make sure to cover your face with a beautiful mask of your choosing!
Suitable cosplay is also welcome.
A king and queen of the evening will be chosen from among the participants.
The ball shall run until 1 am, giving everyone a chance to socialize, dance, and look beautiful!
