It is allowed to submit one work digitally and another physically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The drawing must be <strong>A4 format<\/strong> (21\u00d729,7 cm) or in <strong>.png format<\/strong> (recommended dimensions 2480 x 3508 px).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The physically submitted drawing must not be folded \u2013 use an appropriate envelope for a full size A4 sheet. <strong>The drawing must be in a clear plastic sleeve.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Do not sign the front of the drawing.<\/strong> Write your signature\/author\u2019s name to the back of the submission in graphite if you want to (the art will be kept safe so there is no need to establish your definite copyright on the sheet).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submission of a physical drawing: the drawing\/s must be sent <strong>no later than July 15th, 2024<\/strong> to MT\u00dc Jaapani kultuuriklubi Asashio at<em> Vanemuise 48, 51003 Tartu, Estonia<\/em>. The submission must include the author\u2019s full name, age, and email address (currently in use) written to the back of the submission. If you want to deliver the work(s) personally, email <a href=\"mailto:art@animatsuri.eu\">art@animatsuri.eu<\/a> and we will arrange it. <strong>NB!<\/strong> If you are mailing in your entries, they must be registered as posted <strong>no later than July 15th<\/strong>!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submission of a digital drawing: the drawing\/s must be sent <strong>no later than July 15th, 2024<\/strong> to <a href=\"mailto:art@animatsuri.eu\">art@animatsuri.eu<\/a>. The subject of the email should be \u201cArt competition 2024\u201d and your name. To the email body, add the full name and the age of the author as well as a link to your drawing (we recommend using a cloud service like Dropbox or Google drive for storing the file). Only the entries sent <strong>by 23:59 on July 15th<\/strong> (GMT +3) will make it to the competition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drawings may get lost in the mail. We recommend that you <strong>make a backup copy of the work and bring it to the festival<\/strong> so that it can be displayed even if the original does get lost in the mail. Note: when we receive your submission, we will email you at the address you provided to confirm. If you do not get this email by July 17th, please contact the organizers. Drawings that are brought to the event on the day, but which the organizers are not aware of, will not be allowed to participate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The drawings must not have any pornographic, violent, obscene or otherwise improper content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usage of AI to create any parts of the drawing is not allowed. To ensure that your drawing qualifies, <strong>please record progress shots or video clips of your work<\/strong>. The organizer may ask you to provide them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The drawings are not returned to the author.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may not publish your submitted works on the Internet before the festival. You may do so only after the end of the festival and the competition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The drawings will be displayed publicly at the festival and all visitors will have the opportunity to vote for their favorites*. The vote and the drawings shall be anonymous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The winner of the art competition will be announced on the last day of the festival at the closing\/awards ceremony.
