If you’re feeling under the weather or dealing with any symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you take a rain check on the festival this time. Especially if you are sick, for example with COVID-19, flu or another infectious disease, please stay at home. We want to keep the festival as safe as possible for all participants. In this case, it is possible to get a refund for an unused ticket if you contact us by December 3, 2023 at the latest. Your health is our top priority, and we want everyone to have an unforgettable, but most importantly, a safe experience.

It is not also strongly advised to wear a mask to AniMatsuri. When wearing a mask be sure to follow the mask safety guidelines while wearing your mask!
